-cancellation fee will be charged 10% between 64 to 50days departure tour
-cancellation fee will be charged 25% between 49 to 35days departure tour
-cancellation fee will be charged 50% between 34 to 20days departure tour
-cancellation fee will be charged 75% between 20 to 7days departure tour
-cancellation fee will be charged 100% between 7days departure tour
-Your cancellation not accepted on call please send invoice on official whatsapp and official email
-please note cancellation fee will be deducted on the entire tour amount
-if there is an order from the government to stop something and harsh weather condition , resist , and for some reason in that case we can extend your tour date we can manage alternate plan , but no refund will be given
-no refund will be given if the tour is not completed due to any reason , like ( heavy rainfall , strike , bandh , snowfall , earthquake etc )
