All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made according to our Booking policy we mentioned in your invoice or mentioned in tour itinerary at the time of Booking .
Note – At the time of Booking . whatever payment you make , it advance or full payment , you must always make it in the company official current account . Advisor Wander , in case you make payment in any other account or saving account or any private account , Then we cannot accept your any tour booking , you cannot claim your booking , and Advisor Wander is not responsible for this . you can pay through UPI, Card Payment, Net banking, IMPS, Paytm, Credit card (2.5% extra charges applicable on credit card ).
Please refer to our separate cancellation policy for details on cancellation fees and timelines we mention on our website also and tour itinerary . Any changes to your booking after confirmation may incur additional fees, depending on the nature of the change and the service providers involved. For any withdrawal from the tour for whatsoever may be the reason, Cancellation Policy will be applicable. Company is not liable for any losses incurred by its guests in their personal capacity and hence have no liability relating to any loss of job/ business/ occupation/ contract/ interruption/ loss of business opportunity etc. For any changes or extended or cancel your tour for any Reason you can connect with our team they guide you or give solution if possible we try our best for our guest .
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, as required by your destination. For hotel , flight , Train or more original ID card required , Your ID proof should be verified before the trip. and always carry original ID at the time of Travel if you not valid ID card then you may not able to Travel you can use DIGI locker for ID like , Aadhar card , Pan card , Driving licenses and more . if you have any query or doubt about document you can connect with our team they will help you .
Advisor Wander is a travel company and does not own or operate any airlines, hotels, Train or other service providers involved in your trip. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, Any type of food infection in tour hotel or any type of loss inconvenience caused by the act or Fault of any third-party service provider. Advisor Wander will not be responsible for any kind of accident or natural disaster during the trip , we are do our 100% best for make your memorable But some thing are neither in our hands or not in your hands so in case of any problem cooperate with us we do what possible or best for our guest .
Advisor Wander will not be liable for provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered in case of medical emergency or accident, and is not responsible for such risks and dangers that may arise beyond our control.
In most of our tour packages travel insurance is included up to 70year of age , to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances. You can check our included section in tour itinerary or ask to our team for Travel insurance benefit , your travel insurance claim be settled as per insurance company claim policy
