Advisor Wander Cancellation Policy

At Advisor Wander, we always strive to maintain complete transparency with
our guests regarding cancellations and refunds.

The following cancellation policy shall apply to all tour packages offered by Advisor Wander.
Cancellation Charges:

  • Free cancellation up to 85 days prior to the departure date.
  • 20% of the total tour cost will be charged if cancellation is made between 84 to 65 days
    before departure.
  • 35% of the total tour cost will be charged if cancellation is made between 64 to 50 days
    before departure.
  • 60% of the total tour cost will be charged if cancellation is made between 49 to 35 days
    before departure.
  • 75% of the total tour cost will be charged if cancellation is made between 34 to 20 days before departure.
  • 100% cancellation charges will apply if cancellation is made within 20 days prior to
    departure or in case of no-show.

Please note that cancellation charges shall be calculated on the total tour cost.

Cancellation Request Procedure
All cancellation requests must be submitted through email only from the registered email ID.
Cancellation requests made through phone calls, WhatsApp messages or any verbal communication shall not be considered valid.

Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Advisor Wander, including but not limited to natural disasters, heavy snowfall, landslides, floods, earthquakes, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, war or adverse weather conditions, Advisor Wander shall not be liable for any refund.

However, depending on operational feasibility and supplier policies, the company may provide an alternate travel date, future travel credit or any other suitable solution.

Tour Interruption
No refund shall be applicable for any unused services, missed sightseeing, early departure or incomplete tour due to personal reasons, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, road blockages or any other circumstances beyond the control of Advisor Wander.

Additional Expenses
Any additional expenses arising due to flight delays, road blockages, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes or any unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the customer.

Third-Party Supplier Cancellation
Flight tickets, train tickets, bus tickets, hotels and other travel services are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers. Applicable supplier cancellation charges shall be deducted accordingly.

Final Decision
The final cancellation and refund amount shall be determined after considering applicable cancellation charges, supplier deductions and non-refundable components.
Advisor Wander reserves the right to make the final decision regarding cancellation and
refund eligibility.

By confirming the booking with Advisor Wander, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted this Cancellation Policy.
