  • Road blockages, traffic conditions or transport disruptions.
  • Natural disasters including snowfall, landslides, floods, earthquakes, storms or adverse weather conditions.
  • Government restrictions, curfews, strikes, political unrest, war, pandemics or any force majeure event.
  • Failure by customers to carry valid travel documents or identification.
  • Loss, theft or damage of personal belongings, cash, jewellery, luggage, electronic devices or valuables during the tour.
  • Medical conditions, illness, altitude sickness, injuries or accidents occurring during the tour.
  • Adventure activities undertaken by customers including but not limited to skiing, river rafting, paragliding, water sports, horse riding, ATV rides or any similar activities.

Advisor Wander shall not be liable for the provision of medical care or the adequacy of any treatment rendered in case of a medical emergency. Guests are advised to carry their regular medicines and consult a doctor before travelling, if required.
