The following clauses are required to be added to strengthen legal protection and customer transparency.
1. Force Majeure Clause
Advisor Wander shall not be held responsible for any delay, alteration, cancellation, loss, additional expenses, inconvenience or failure in providing services caused due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to:
Any additional cost arising due to such circumstances shall be borne by the customer.
2.Hotel Check-in Policy for Couples
Advisor Wander is a Couple Special Travel Company. All couples must comply with local laws and hotel policies.
Hotel check-in is subject to the submission of valid government-approved photo identification documents.
Advisor Wander shall not be responsible if any hotel refuses check-in due to local laws, hotel policies, invalid documents, age restrictions or any government regulations.
3.Transportation Delays and Changes
Flight, train, bus and other transportation schedules are subject to change, delay, cancellation or rescheduling by the respective service providers.
Advisor Wander shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss, missed sightseeing, missed connections or additional expenses arising due to such delays or cancellations.
4.Missed Departure / No Show
If the customer fails to report at the designated departure point, misses the flight, train, bus, sightseeing activity or hotel check-in due to personal reasons, no refund shall be applicable unless specifically approved by the respective service provider.
5.Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to maintain proper behaviour throughout the tour.
Advisor Wander reserves the right to terminate or refuse services without refund in case of misconduct, abusive behaviour, illegal activities, intoxication, violence or any act causing inconvenience to other guests, staff or service providers.
6.Health & Medical Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for assessing their physical fitness before undertaking the tour.
Advisor Wander shall not be responsible for any medical condition, illness, injury, altitude sickness or health-related complications occurring during the tour.
Customers are advised to carry their regular medicines and consult a doctor before travelling if required.
7.Baggage Responsibility
Customers shall be solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.
Advisor Wander shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage or misplacement of baggage, valuables, cash, jewellery, electronic gadgets or personal belongings during the tour.
8.Adventure Activities Disclaimer
Adventure activities such as river rafting, skiing, paragliding, ATV rides, horse riding, scuba diving, water sports or any other activity are undertaken entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Advisor Wander shall not be responsible for any accident, injury, death or loss arising from participation in such activities.
9.Jurisdiction Clause
Any dispute arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra only.
10.Acceptance of Terms
By making any booking and making payment to Advisor Wander, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to all Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy available on the official website.
11.Pricing Disclaimer
All package prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until full booking confirmation is completed.
12.Itinerary Changes
Advisor Wander reserves the right to modify, alter, amend or change the itinerary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns or circumstances beyond control without prior notice.
Customer safety shall always remain our highest priority.
