ADVISOR WANDER REFUND POLICY—–

At Advisor Wander, we always strive to provide the best possible travel experience to our guests. In case of any cancellation, modification or eligible refund, the following refund policy shall apply.

1.Refund Eligibility
All refunds shall be processed strictly as per the applicable Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions and the policies of the respective service providers including hotels, airlines, railways, bus operators, transport providers and other travel partners.

2.Supplier-Based Refunds
Advisor Wander works with various third-party suppliers and service providers. Any refund amount shall depend upon the refund received from the respective hotels, airlines, railways, bus operators, transport providers and other vendors.
Non-refundable bookings or services shall not be eligible for any refund.

3.Refund Processing Timeline
Eligible refunds shall be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund eligibility.
All refunds shall be made only to the original bank account or payment source from which the payment was received.

4.Delays Beyond Company Control
In certain situations, refunds from hotels, airlines, transport providers or other suppliers may take additional time due to operational issues, government restrictions, natural disasters, force majeure events, technical issues or any circumstances beyond the control of Advisor Wander.
In such cases, customers are requested to cooperate and allow additional time for the refund process.

5.Credit Note / Future Travel Credit
In certain exceptional circumstances, where an immediate refund is not possible, Advisor Wander may, at its sole discretion, offer a Credit Note or Future Travel Credit for use against future bookings.
Such Credit Notes shall be subject to specific validity and usage conditions.

6.Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges may be non-refundable depending upon the booking conditions:

    • Flight cancellation charges.
    • Hotel cancellation charges.
    • Bus/Volvo cancellation charges.
    • Train cancellation charges.
    • Visa charges (if applicable).
    • Convenience charges, payment gateway charges or processing charges.
    • Any service specifically marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.

    7.Force Majeure
    Refunds arising due to events beyond the control of Advisor Wander, including but not limited to natural disasters, snowfall, landslides, floods, government restrictions, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, war or any force majeure event, shall be subject to the refund policies of the respective service providers.

    8.Final Decision
    The final refund amount shall be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges, supplier deductions and any non-refundable components.
    Advisor Wander reserves the right to determine the final refundable amount in accordance with the applicable policies.
